We are excited to offer natural nutrition options for your furry friends as well! We currently carry Solutions Pet Products, and our own farm raised A2 Goat Milk and Free Range chicken eggs. We are looking to expand our inventory to include more healthy food and treats. If you have any product requests, please let us know!

We are fully licensed, insured, and Pet CPR/First Aid certified. We also have experience with special needs pets; one of our own dogs has epilepsy. We have many years of experience working with dogs; both in a professional capacity and with our own dogs.
You can rest assured your dog will have a safe and fun stay with our family. Pup-dates are posted daily on our social medias!

Hi, I'm Hazel! I'm the owner of Country Home Pet Retreat, LLC. I have many years experience working with dogs. My first job was a kennel tech at a local vet clinic. I've worked at several dog boarding facilities, a horse boarding facility, and the MU Equine Vet Hospital. I'm fully certified in Pet CPR/First Aid as well. These have all provided me extensive experience in all aspects of caring for your dogs. I have gained experience administering medications, observing and evaluating temperaments and dog body language. I also have knowledge of bio-security protocols to make sure that we are cleaning and disinfecting affectively and efficiently to keep your babies healthy. I've done all of my own dogs training myself, and am currently pursuing official certifications. I can't wait to meet you all! Check out our social media to see what we are up to.

We work on training with all of the dogs in our care. Particularly with name recognition and threshold training. We love it when everyone happily waits their turn. It improves safety for everyone.
We can also teach them a fun new trick!
We offer basic bathing and nail trims so they go home nice and fresh.
Dogs from different families are never left unattended alone. All families will have their own living quarters set up as a bedroom that they will get tucked in to at bedtime, as well as for quiet and feeding times.
